Delivery
Scanfit offers free home delivery across the European Union.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
The expected delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
You have 100 days to return your order if you change your mind.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs €7, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returned products are not wasted.
We repackage them and donate them to local sports clubs, so they can still create value.

After registering your return, you will receive a return shipping label.
Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the product.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or documentation has been provided that the product has been returned.

All prices are shown including VAT, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and for pricing errors or sold-out products.

Warranty & Complaints
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at:
Depending on the situation, we will offer repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.
If the complaint is justified, Scanfit will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
